By April 1, 2021, we are facing predictions of the death toll due to COVID-19 to range from 540,000 to 760,000. The Spanish Flu resulted in 675,000 deaths in America a century ago. Presently, we are at almost 285,000 deaths. Nearly 3,000 deaths occur each day, which means an American dies due to the coronavirus every 30 seconds.

Now, our fake president predicted that the coronavirus would go away by April. “Looks like by April, you know, in theory, when it gets a little warmer, it miraculously goes away.”

Trump might have meant that it would go away in April of 2021. Either way, he is wrong.

To make matters even worse, we are expecting a large surge of confirmed cases and deaths due to 50 million Americans traveling during the Thanksgiving holiday. That surge will occur in the next couple of weeks, which will be just in time for Christmas. Therefore, the predictions of a half to three-quarter of a million deaths is surely in site of the Grim Reaper.

Amid all the confirmed cases and deaths due to COVID-19, America is facing unemployment, economic problems, and general malaise while watching our fake president acting like a two-year-old having both a temper tantrum along with several severe psych disorders.

Despite our entering a dark winter, there are two lights at the end of the tunnel. There are several vaccines that are in varying stages of getting to our healthcare providers and the elderly in nursing homes by the end of the year.

The other light at the end of the tunnel is that, in just over six weeks, we will have a new president. Joe Biden will be a pleasant change from what we have today.

Interestingly, Obama and Biden took addressed the mess that Bush left America in the Great Recession. Biden and Harris will lead our country out of chaos. The parallels, between the Obama and Biden and Biden and Harris beginning their administrations, are striking. He is honest, and he will guide us through the dark winter, which lies ahead for us. And yes, the spring will follow.

However, as we face the medical maelstrom of the coronavirus, I hope that it won’t be lost on us who was most responsible for getting Biden to win the Democratic nomination for the presidency. Biden wasn’t doing well in the primary races. He did poorly in Iowa, New Hampshire, and second in Nevada. Many Americans weren’t betting on Biden. Enter Rep. Jim Clyburn.

The next contest was in South Carolina. Despite the results of the other primaries, Clyburn saw something in Biden and said so.

With Clyburn’s endorsement, Biden won 48% of the votes and over twice the number of his nearest competitor. Interestingly, Clyburn was given much of the credit for helping Obama become president.

So, amid all the messy swamp that Donald the Dumb created, remember what Clyburn did for America. Four years from now, America will remember the parallels between Obama/Biden and Biden/Harris and their success in turning America around. Both administrations rescued America. The first administration dealt with the Great Recession and the second from the pandemic.

Additionally, think about why Clyburn was so concerned about America. Part of the reason is due to systematic racism in America. He has heard all about the land of the free from whites. However, blacks aren’t free in America and treated equally. America haven’t addressed racism. Clyburn wants to help white Americans make this country free for all races.
