A Saint and a Sinner
Michelle Obama and Lev Parnas

Before I begin, allow me to express my bewilderment about the upcoming election. I get that Trump claims he is innocent of all charges, whether personal or political. What I can’t grasp is why so many sentient Americans buy into Trump’s litany of lies. There were over sixty cases brought before various courts that the 2020 election was rigged, faked, or stolen from Trump. Not one case found any wrongdoing. Merely click on this case tracker for the list of hearings.

Trump will never change, but some of his MAGA minions should be able to see at least a glimmer of light. I’m sure his MAGA solo dwellers didn’t hear Michelle Obama's speech at Kalamazoo, Michigan. However, many millions did. Now, Barack Obama is the quintessential orator of our time. Nonetheless, Michelle’s speech ranks very close to his in both content and style. Michelle will get my vote if you are looking for an eloquent living saint, especially when campaigning for Harris. Take the time to rewatch Michelle’s speech.

And now for the sinner, a repentant sinner, Lev Parnas. He was born in Odesa, Ukraine. However, his family immigrated to the States when he was four. In recent years, Lev and Rudy Giuliani linked up. Their task was to come up with dirt on Hunter Biden; while he didn’t find any dirt, he claimed he had. However, several years later, he was convicted of wrongdoing and served twenty months.

One positive moment created during the time of the Despicable Donald was when Lev saw the light. Some refer to his experience as coming to Jesus. To be honest, I wonder about many claims of coming to Jesus. Nonetheless, that phrase describes Lev’s conversion from a sinner to a saint.

The following is Stephen Colbert’s interview with Rachel Maddow regarding Lev’s coming to Jesus.
