A Part of Donald Dumb Is in All of Us
Follow the Money

Why does Donald the Dumb’s base still follow him after seeing him acting like the fool on the hill? Additionally, why are 70% of the rest of us revolted by his temper tantrums? After being bugged by the litany of stupid things our fake president says and does, those two hauntings have forced me to try to reconcile this bipolar attitude in America. This is a tentative diagnosis regarding our fake president.

Essentially, it boils down to following the money...Donald the Dumb’s money and our money. Let us start with his monetary assets whether they are the lies that he claims or what is actual. Donald the Dumb grew up in Queens. His father worked hard and made money. Prior to his father’s death, his family was doing well. However, Donald looked around and what did he discover? There were people in Manhattan with more money, which meant that he was poor in comparison to those others. If you follow the money, you will discover he made a mistake. He wanted to become as rich as the rest...meaning the rich in Manhattan. Therein lies the cancer that has metastasized within his mind. That was a critical mistake for Donald the Dumb.

Now, Donald the Dumb wasn’t the only person that looked around the world in which he lived and discovered a reality. This is a sculpture of Siddhartha Gautama. Most of us merely called him, Buddha.

Siddhartha Gautama

Siddhartha Gautama was born in Lumbini, Nepal. His father was essentially a provincial governor. He grew up around both money and power. Buddha looked around his world and discovered a reality...he was rich but the masses were poor. He wasn’t going to follow the money. He left his world of wealth and attempted to understand what he should do in life. His enlightenment occurred while meditating under a Bodhi Tree. Buddha sacrificed himself to help others.

Back to our fake president. He wouldn’t know a Bodhi Tree if he hit a golf ball that landed under one.

Now, there is a real man....

Donald the Dumb chases golf balls and the money. Even though he said assuredly, “Trust me, I'm like a smart person,” he wouldn’t know whether Siddhartha Gautama lived in Bronx or not. Buddha rejected keeping up with all the fat cats of the world, but Donald the Dumb wants to emulate all the fats cats in every way.

Problem. Some of the fat cats, like the ones who own golf courses at Seminole, Pine Valley, Shinnecock Hills, and others won’t let Donald the Dumb join their golf courses. So, Donald the Dumb chases the money and builds 17-courses of his own. Nonetheless, his dream of erasing Queens and becoming the Man from Manhattan has alluded him while he continues to chase the money.

His supporters and the rest of us have the same choice that Buddha and Donald the Dumb. Either, help yourself to riches or help others to survive. Choose wisely.
